Lower Unit Protector is designed to be used with a transom saver to reduce the scratches on the lower unit caused by using a transom saver while towing/storing your boat.
Lower Unit Protector is designed to be used with a transom saver to reduce the scratches on the lower unit caused by using a transom saver while towing/storing your boat. This Lower Unit Protector will also help make the removal of the transom saver easier and with some lower units, it will actually cover the intake grates on the lower unit as well. This product has two carpeted pads that are placed on the webbing where the transom saver pods would make contact with the lower unit to provide better protection of the lower unit.
